A week ago when there was an article with regards to a bus crashing, I asked the question "when will this menace end?" SERIOUSLY When will the relevant authorities wake up and realize that most of our Drivers, riders are not trained and disciplined enough to venture on public roads, and most vehicles are not roadworthy, annual EMISSION CONTROL TEST is just not enough, Brakes, Chassis, wipers, tyres, lights, steering and other mechanical parts should be tested prior to a vehicle being issued the new revenue licenses.

Should not the owner of the cattle have been arrested rather than the rider who crashed in to them?
