These assemblies are sometimes a torture for the children, unnecessarily !

A parents worst nightmare... Loosing a child.. May thoughts and prayers to the family!

Assembly for the children(less than age 12) should not lengthen for long time. Assembly should not take place in HOT place direct under the sun. School Principal should consider on this.

May her soul rest in peace. So sad.

The course of death may natural illness but Media publish it result of event which held by the School authority. Should we stop sports ,School assembly due to this

People jump to conclusions before the medical people report on the cause of death. One person picks up on the hot sun during an assembly and off go the accusations, which is unfair to the school authorities.Let the cause of death be revealed before jumping up and down and pointing fingers of blame.

Very sad indeed. Recently a boy died running a marathon, now girl dies during an assembly such incidents rarely heard of decades ago. Looks like something has changed in our kids lifestyle, Extremely Important to get to the bottom of the root cause without speculating, to find a way forward. Government please take this serious! Thanks

So sad to hear the news. What will our "Red Comrades" say now? Stop school assemblies campaign with innocent children as they did with the "Leadership Training"?

The most likely cause of this sad incident is heatstroke.A simple cold water sponge or any other firstaid which will bring down the body temperature quickly may have saved this childs life. Of course expert medical attention is needed as soon as possible. In any case what really puzzles me is why the media has not given the same prominence to the postmortem findings of similar previous incidents.Im sure its in the interest of the public to know the reasons. It could help others to not fall victim to similar tragedy. via DM Android App

This sort of assemblies should be held under cover as much as possible to avoid the repetition of the same in the future.

It is time the teachers and Students are taught Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation and the schools to have a cardiac defibrillators

Were the medical checks done by real doctors ? Did they invest enough time for each student ? Did they have the proper equipment to do so ?
