Ryan Wednesday, 24 November 2010 08:59 AM
Minister is talking about capital expenditure, not recurrent expenditure. We need to make Economics a compulsory subject in O/L.
Anyway N&E should get 50% of CE 25% not enough.
Modawansa Wednesday, 24 November 2010 08:57 AM
An uneducated politico will not understand this basic.

Do they get the 2500/= as promised or same as the rest of us?
Is this a big joke on the people of this country, promising 2500/- across the board and now telling fairy tales why it could not be done?
Dilip Wednesday, 24 November 2010 08:27 AM
It is all in papers for N& E, the people are suffering for basic needs. There in only Military Bases.
What is the population in Hambonthota and how come there is a Massive Harbor and another project going on for an International airport,etc...etc....
