Indian PM to visit Colombo

Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has accepted an invitation by President Mahinda Rajapaksa to visit Sri Lanka, the President’s Media Division announced.

Director General of the President’s Media Division Bandula Jayasekera said that the visiting top Indian delegation led by Indian Foreign Ministry Secretary Nirupama Rao and Defence advisor Shishankar Menon have handed over the letter of acceptance to President Rajapaksa during their meeting in Colombo this morning.
