Presumably the death was due to ' Hospital Acquired Infection'. The authorities should check whether proper disinfection of the facility and equipment is carried out.

Not enough. Circumcision, or tattoos, or ear piercings, or any other body modification, should not be done before the person turns 18 and decides for himself.

When are we going to stop these types of mutilation in the name of religion. To be true to Islam, these mutilation are carried out without anaesthetics and it the consequent shock that might have killed the infant.
