Tamil Nadu politician and chairman of Tamizhar Desiya Iyyakkam (TDI) Pazha Nedumaran on Saturday said the period of inquiry by the United Nations Human Rights Committee in Sri Lanka should be extended.

He said the term of the committee, constituted to look into the issues of the Tamils in Sri Lanka, will end this month. Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa had not cooperated with the enquiry and also no enquiry could be undertaken in Tamil Nadu. Hence, time was required to properly inquire, he said.

Commenting on imprisonment of former Chief Minister Jayalalitha Nedumaran said that the Tamil Nadu government was paralysed following the conviction of Jayalalithaa, he said the  either government should function or should resign.(Indian Express)

Every Dick, Tom, and Harry want to interfear with matters in Sri Lanka. There are Tamils living all over in Sri Lanka and they have no special issues.
Please look after the burning issues in your Country and do not worry about Sri Lanka.,
