Three in vehicle drown in river

Three men on board a small lorry drowned in the canal at the Black Bridge in Pugoda when the vehicle plunged into the river last night.
Inquiries revealed that another lorry transporting a road roller collided with the lorry and both vehicles fell into the river. A businessman from Homagama and two of his assistants died in the incident. The vehicle and the bodies were recovered this morning by the Pugoda police. (Pictures and news by Pradeep Pathirana)

Is it due to wrong parking or wrong driving? Anyway It is always safer to park the vehicles away from the main roads.
