Court stays deportation of Pakistani asylum seekers

A Sri Lankan court of appeal on Friday suspended the government’s decision to send back Pakistani asylum seekers notably from the Ahmadiyya, Christian and Shia communities.

The interim relief has been granted till August 29 when the state must come to court for argument of the case.

The order was obtained as Sri Lanka took action to deport them since the beginning of this month.

Lawyers claimed that over 100 of them had been deported since August 1 while 75 of them are still under detention.

The UN refugee agency, UNHCR, said they were seriously concerned over the deportations.

It said by sending the people back, “Sri Lanka is in breach of its obligations under international law concerning the principle of no forced returns or non refoulement”.

The Pakistani asylum seekers consist of its persecuted Ahmadiyya Muslims, Christian and Shia communities. (PTI)

all these international laws inacted by the world jewery and zionists are to kill all ( Sunni ) muslims. Sunni means the straight line muslims true followers of the companions of the holy prophet who followed his way of life .Shias are deviants from the holy prophets teachings who inadvertantly or advertantly become disbeleivers by worshipping his trusted companion Ali. islam rejects worship of any creations other than allah himself .Ahmadiiyas also belong to the latter segment .

Actually it was the tamils who were seeking asylum and the majority were just opportunist making use of the war to gin sympathy and refugee status

For this matter UNHCR is responsible. They should not take in asylum seekers blindly. First of all they should categorise them and after arrival they should submit same to government for approval. And UNHCR should stop registration, if registration is open these asylum seekers come with confident. Country like Sri Lanka our sources were limited, so UNHCR should realize
these matters. And UNHCR Should limit the registration at least for 200 for first instance and after checking the status approval and send them to third country. And then again UNHCR should open again for another 200 for registration it should go gradually like wise, then this will not disturb anyone.

The Great UN and UNHCR accusing Sri Lanka for war crimes and genocide,wanting regime change, etc now pushing Pakistani refugees. Maybe trying to get the Muslims to start another genocide and war crimes like the ltte issue. Second time lucky for UNHCR/UN . Why not send to Malaysia, Singapore , Indonesia. Etc . The move is checkmate.
