At least 26 students at the Siyane National College of Education in Veyangoda were hospitalized following a clash between two groups of student last night, police said.
The injured students were admitted to the Wathupitiwala Base Hospital, they said. These students are following a three-year course of teacher training and would be appointed to government schools, as teachers.
