I think you're quite right. Not only our forces have fought against the terrorists, the also have taught an unforgettable lesson to the master minds behind the LTTE. Can you remember the days when, the LTTE symapthizers were boasting that Prabhakaran could never be defeated by SL... & .... remember how Prabhakaran died at the end....

What I don't understand is why we depend on India to train our forces ? We are a nation who has won a war against one of the most ruthless terrorist organizations... None world powers could do it so far...
We have enough veterans to teach our forces, the best warfare. I'm sure we are in the best position to teach India & rest of the world about it.

These airmen could have been the perpetrators of war crimes and indiscriminate bombing of innocent tamil civilians. As long as we do not clear this charge, we sinhalese will remain to the world as criminals.

Whatsoever if you make India unhappy by going to Pakistan or China, it is a suicide mission. India can simply control Sri Lanka within few hours. China and Pakistan can not do anything. Now India has US backing in handling Sri Lanka.
