hear this: 20 insurance companies, avg of 30 accidents reported to them, thats 600/day
18,000 accidents a month, 219,000 a year. If you take an avg of Rs 25,000 for the accident repair, total cost Rs. 5,475,000,000. What an economic cost/loss......???????
forget about accounting the loss of life.

What a poor quality accident. The death toll is seriously not enough. Wish it was a whole bus load of school children and all of them died....ha ha only then will our ministers wake up.

Most number of accidents happens through private buses. Per year may be couple of hundreds. Private bus accidents occur due to racing to get couple of bucks.
