Usual scratching the surface of this major problem. No further inquiry how they got it and from whom. Big fish happy to get couriers and street sellers arrested.

Jaffna is a disaster in terms of law and order. Law of the jungle prevails, thanks to the Police and Justice system. The police turning a blind eye and refusing to register cases and the justice system dragging the cases forever. Very soon there will be another organisation that will mushroom out of this injustice!!
