Ninety-five Navy personnel of the Welisara Navy Camp have been infected with COVID-19 as of today, Army Commander Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva said. He said among the infected officers, 68 are from the Navy Camp itself and 27 are from the camp but had gone on leave.
