This is a very good move. If one could speak and understand the language in a foreign country, its better for both the Employer and Employee. This should be compulsory for all job applicants for jobs abroad, that they know the basics of the language of the country that they hope to secure employment. This is s huge step in the right direction in job security & to avoid misunderstandings. .One cannot stress, how important it is to learn a link language such as 'basic' English also for all job applicants for foreign jobs. This is a step in the right direction.
