If suspect was caught in the act of taking bribe arrest justified. If not arrest is questionable on hearsay

He must be drawing a six-figure salary with so many perks like official car and rent-free house etc. , yet sold his soul for 25,000. Shame on him.

The worst fraudulent developer of all is LHP who developed Marine City Dehiwala.I take care of my uncle's condo there so I am well aware of the developer’s frauds.  LHP have been scamming the investors millions of Rupees for years from the beginning as they manage the place and pocket the management fees. The building is neglected and deteriorating, my tenants were so angry, frustrated and moved out. Many people bought cos there is a gym, spa and club house etc but these were never given even though approved in the plan. The investors are helpless as the corrupt CMA and UDA bosses are in the developer’s picket. LHP is building another apartment next to Marine City which is abandoned for years but they still keep selling to unsuspecting investors. Be aware not to buy any apartments from this crooked developer. The director Jagath is the main criminal behind LHP frauds but he gets away with all their frauds and scams with the help of extremist mafia corrupt CMA and UDA crooks.
