Special long week-end train service from Fort to Badulla

Special train service between Colombo Fort and Badulla would be operated during the long weekend, the Railways 
Department said.  

They said the special train will operate in addition to the Badulla-Fort Night Mail Train.  

The train will leave from Colombo Fort at 7.35 p.m and scheduled to reach Badulla at 4.43 a.m on the following day. The same train will leave from Badulla at 8 p.m and reach Fort Railway station at 5.26 a.m on the following day.  

Accordingly, the special train will operate on Friday (8), Saturday (9) and Tuesday (12) to provide transportation to the commuters.
