The Colombo Fort Magistrate, Ranga Dissanayake, today advised the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) to be present in court on April 9 over its failure to provide the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) with reports relating to the power cuts.
