A surgeon holds up one nail out of the 24 which was inhumanely inserted in a housemaid’s body by her Saudi employers.
A three hour operation was conducted today to remove the nails inserted in her body. Pics by Krishan Jeevaka Jayaruk

What about naming and shaming the "people" who employed her in Saudi? were they even punished?

No words can describe acts such as this! To say its "inhuman" is an understatement.

They probably didn't - these were probably taken by hospital staff and given to the journalists. Photographing and documenting unusual incidents in a operating theater nothing unusual.

Relief from pain only from her mother land. I'm disappointed and ashamed. Why can't we stop sending our ladies to these uncivilized countries for slavery. why can't we develop the entrepreneurship and give them a hope? we must stop sending our women for unskilled jobs.
