A surgeon holds up one nail out of the 24 which was inhumanely inserted in a housemaid’s body by her Saudi employers.

    Relief from pain only from her mother land. I'm disappointed and ashamed. Why can't we stop sending our ladies to these uncivilized countries for slavery. why can't we develop the entrepreneurship and give them a hope? we must stop sending our women for unskilled jobs.

    They probably didn't - these were probably taken by hospital staff and given to the journalists. Photographing and documenting unusual incidents in a operating theater nothing unusual.
