A. M. Fachir, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia visited Sri Lanka recently during which time he met with the executive Committee of the Sri Lanka Indonesia Business Council along with other businessmen for a discussion
Moiz Mohamedally, Vice President of SLIBC together with Jatinder Biala, Patrick Rodrigo, Sudharshana Jayatilake, Hussain Hashim, Chairman, Dudley Thambinayagam , Mark Gonawela,  Cedric Wijegunawardane,  Omal Balapatebendi,  Kunendran,   Udaya Batawala,  Akthar Afzal, Yashim Issudeen, Naheem and Cherryl Rodrigo from the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce were present at the discussion.
