Scouting is an esteemed movement which teaches discipline and moral values among many other things. In this case, the student as well as the Major are on the wrong side. Patience is the most important thing a person should learn to practice.

Why? What was the 'retired' man doing at the Jamboree, first arguinig with a a boy scout and then assaulting him?Absolutely and thoroughly disgraceful.
The man should be 'respectfully' sent to jail
Ranjith Saturday, 07 April 2012 02:03 AM
Police is still Investigating? If the boy is in hospital, why police can't arrest the So called Major? Very sad,in a APR scout camp, may be a foolish parent.
