UNP has gone down to gutters thanks to Ranil's leadership. I think Ranil should resign from the leadership before the UNPers will chased him out from it. I have never seen a man this much hungry for leadership and power. He will come second only to SF. I was a strong UNPer at one time but not any more thanks to Ranil. I am sure there are many many people like me who changed their minds thanks to Ranil's way of politics. Long live MR!!!!!
Lebbe Tuesday, 14 September 2010 02:16 PM
Please kick him out of the post and even from UNP. I would send him with MR. I am tired of UNP with guy.
noonas Tuesday, 14 September 2010 02:46 PM
Jaye don't loose this race.sajith is with you or not?safe guard the UNP voters.Good luck.
Rizwan Tuesday, 14 September 2010 03:07 PM
They should definitely go independent. There is no room for cowardice and disloyalty in the UNP.
dismon Tuesday, 14 September 2010 03:26 PM
ranil paw !!!even if the whole world leaves him, il be with him !!
Dinesh Tuesday, 14 September 2010 03:56 PM
Either sit independantly or keep quiet. This is also becoming another joke like party reform promise.
eddie Tuesday, 14 September 2010 04:04 PM
u have more courage than sajith to take real leadership
Above the crowd Tuesday, 14 September 2010 04:37 PM
Gutless cowards, if you want to do it why wait till the 22nd?
Viraj Tuesday, 14 September 2010 05:54 PM
They gave a deadline because they really care about the party. If they are not concern about it, they would have sit as independent immediately. That would have created a major havoc in the party.
syla Tuesday, 14 September 2010 01:53 PM
Well done Daya.. Continue your struggle until Mr.bean steps down (He has become a total joker now). The real UNPers are always with you
KD Tuesday, 14 September 2010 09:21 PM
Party is in disarray. What would have happen to the country if they won the general election?
DonSimon Tuesday, 14 September 2010 11:15 PM
I bet MR is more concerned of the situation than Ranil himself. If Ranil is ejected, MR may face a good contest from the next leader of the UNP. As long as Ranil is there, MR is safe and has nothing to worry about the opposition.
D.P.ABAYANAYAKE Wednesday, 15 September 2010 12:42 AM
WELL DONE MR.MP DAYASIRI JAYASEKARE , YOU NEED TO TAKE THE LEAD & CHANGE THE ATTITUDE OF THE UNP WHICH IS COLOMBO 7 ROYAL TYPE.LETS FOLLOW THE FOOT STEPS OF LATE HON.MAHAMANYA D.S.SENANAYAKE & RE-ORGERNISE AT EVERY VILLAGE.ALL THE BEST
Srinihal Dep Wednesday, 15 September 2010 01:07 AM
Dayasiri knows how to sing and bark and nothing else
suwimal Wednesday, 15 September 2010 05:17 AM
Please believe Ranil. He said he won't allow MR to run for president in 2016. Certainly he will renew his promise then.
Above the crowd Wednesday, 15 September 2010 06:22 AM
We all know Ranil's song now. ITS MY PARTY, I CAN CRY IF A WANT TO..............
Ayesh Tuesday, 14 September 2010 11:37 AM
Ranil please go, resign and go, otherwise your position would loose.
VJ Tuesday, 14 September 2010 01:43 PM
ranil knows only to drag.....he doesn't have any solutions...same thing happened for peace process too while he was president
chami Tuesday, 14 September 2010 01:38 PM
Do not let Ranil to manipulate policies of the party. Party is belong to people. He destroyed the UNP to a situation, which require lot of time to revive.
Dilan Dias Tuesday, 14 September 2010 01:18 PM
He never lost his position, and maintained his leadership.ion! Bze Mahinda and Gota will help him.
Ape Gona Tuesday, 14 September 2010 12:54 PM
What a circus with this so called leader who has been completely rejected by the party and the country as a whole
sw Tuesday, 14 September 2010 12:47 PM
Sajith will not join in anything when someone else takes a lead, at the same time Sajith does not seem to have any original ideas to gather people around him.
Muhandiram Imsid Tuesday, 14 September 2010 12:39 PM
If MP Jayasekera & co agree to the request of MPs J.M. Perera & Jayawickrema Perera, to reconsider their decision to sit independently, that would be a victory for Ranil
Wasantha Tuesday, 14 September 2010 12:35 PM
Where is Sajith & others?. It seems that you have become the 'MEGA STAR" . Well done.
Dee Tuesday, 14 September 2010 12:15 PM
Now 25 will be running after the UNP leader post.
Jeevan Tuesday, 14 September 2010 12:10 PM
Mr. Dayasiri, you can take a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink. Let the horse die without water. Don’t be silly and leave the party. We will support you all. Be tactful to chase him away. The party is not his property.
sw Tuesday, 14 September 2010 11:57 AM
When we consider what Ranil is doing to UNP it is very scary to think what he would have done if he became President in 2005
Aruna M Tuesday, 14 September 2010 11:56 AM
Well done MP Dayasiri at least now you are doing what was to be done couple of years ago
reader Tuesday, 14 September 2010 11:48 AM

Amerasinghe Tuesday, 14 September 2010 11:41 AM
