Not associated with cultural show in SL-Star Vijay

Popular Tamil TV channel in India 'Star Vijay' today denied reports that it was associated with a cultural show in Sri Lanka, saying they were "contrary to facts."

"There is no connection to the cultural event being held in Sri Lanka on March 1 and 2 and Vijay TV. Further, Vijay TV has not held any shows in Sri Lanka," it said in a statement.

The entertainment channel's statement came in response to opposition from a Tamil filmmaker Gauthaman, who had alleged that the event by the TV channel had been planned at the behest of the Sri Lankan government.

The channel said it has understanding of Tamil sentiments and reports of it conducting an event in the neighbouring country were "contrary to facts.(PTI)

This is a show organised by a Sri Lankan Tamil who is from Trincomalea.The half baked politicians and activist from.Tamil Nadu wanted the Sri Lankan Tamils to be moaned and lived without any entertainment. while the other Tamils all over the world. via DM Android App
