MR to attend UN General Assembly

President Mahinda Rajapakse will participate in the General Assembly Sessions of the United Nations which will start during the weekend in New York, the state owned radio announced today.

“A special group of representatives including the Minister of External Affairs Professor G L Peiris, the Sri Lanka Permanent Representative in the UN will also attend the Sessions,” it said.
