Most Ministers duck sessions because they don't have answers to questions posed by opposition members. The Speaker should take stern action against these Ministers to stop them playing truant. But will he, is the big question!

Most imporntanly our leaders, ministers & MP's from all parties should know the diffence between the words excuse & reason.
