Most of the Tamilnadu fishermen are not poor people. They are the big scale businessmen who use large ships to catch fish in Sri Lankan waters and destroying the sea floor by using harmful nets. Asking for permission to fish in our waters as they have finished the fish in their area is ridiculous. The stand taken by the Sri Lankan minister is correct. How dare they challenge his statements. We stand by him. They should find some other place to find fish. May be deep sea. Not shallow waters around Sri Lanka.
