The champion Nawalapitya Central College team celebrate their victory

Nawalapitya Central College powered their way to emerge as the overall winners by beating Defence Services College, Kurunegala by a higher aggregate score at the second leg of the inaugural Dialog Schools Rugby Development 7s championship played at the Trinity College Rugby Grounds, Pallakele.   
The inaugural development Under – 14 tourney was conducted by SLSRFA in partnership with Dialog Axiata PLC.
