Founded by Sri Sangabo Corea, the company is currently led by Chairman Ananda Samarasinghe and Chief Executive Officer Jiffry Raheem.

With over 35 years of experience in advertising and media relations at leading agencies, Samarasinghe has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s journey. His hands on leadership style, combined with strong business acumen, continues to drive the company forward.

Raheem brings more than two decades of industry leadership experience. Having previously served as Client Service Director and General Manager, he possesses extensive expertise in account management and has overseen a diverse portfolio spanning the FMCG, banking and finance, automobile, hospitality, and education sectors, working with both local and international brands. Under his leadership, Skills Advertising has evolved into a highly sought-after creative agency, recognised for combining distinctive creativity with strong strategic insight.
