WindForce inks  land lease for 100MW Rividhanavi solar project

WindForce PLC has inked a Land Lease Agreement with the Sri Lanka Sustainable Energy Authority (SLSEA) for its Rividhanavi 100-megawatt solar power project.
The agreement, executed on 10 October 2025, grants WindForce a 24-year lease over a land in Kotiyagala, Siyambalanduwa, in the Monaragala District, with a total rental value of Rs. 50 million for the full term, the company said in a disclosure to the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE).
With the signing of the lease, WindForce said all major project-related agreements, including the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), Implementation Agreement, and Transmission Development Contract, have now 
been finalised.
