JAT Holdings has revolutionised the way loyalty programmes serve daily wage-earning painters and carpenters – JAT’s key stakeholders, with the relaunch of its JAT Loyalty Programme.

The revamped programme extends beyond conventional rewards to addresstheir professional and livelihood development through rewards which extend to not only the painter but also their families.

JAT Holdings has also taken a groundbreaking step by introducing a comprehensive insurance scheme that extends coverage to painters and their families. This first-of-its-kind benefit in the industry offers critical health and financial protection, safeguarding the well-being of these hardworking individuals and their loved ones. Recognising the importance of education, the programme now offers the SISU Waruna cash prize for children who excel in scholarship exams and the Sarasavai Athwela grant for those entering local universities. Additionally, JAT provides essential schoolbooks and educational resources, further supporting the next generation.

Launched at Raffles Hotel, Nugegoda recently, in the presence of 100 painters, who were presented with the new loyalty insurance scheme with increased loyalty points, the programme introduces a new tiered structure: Gold, Silver and Bronze, which are tailored to reward painters based on their engagement and loyalty. By converting loyalty points into monetary benefits through an exclusive Commercial Bank debit card, JAT Holdings ensures that the painters can save or withdraw funds, granting them unprecedented financial independence. The initiative is specifically designed for daily wage earners who typically lack access to formal banking systems, providing them a much-needed lifeline.
The relaunch underscores JAT Holdings’ commitment to addressing the challenges faced by the painters. By prioritising their personal and professional growth, the programme not only strengthens their financial standing but also provides opportunities for their families to thrive.

“Our painters and carpenters are more than just customers; they are partners in our success,” said JAT Holdings Director Marketing Dilshan Rodrigo.

“This revamped loyalty programme is a reflection of our deep appreciation for their contributions. We are committed to empowering them with tools and support that extend far beyond their work, creating a future where their families can flourish.”
