CSE delists Serendib Engineering and Aitken Spence Plantation Managements

The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) this week announced the delisting of the ordinary voting shares of Serendib Engineering Group PLC and Aitken Spence Plantation Managements PLC, with effect from October 8, 2025.

The move was made under Rule 5(7) of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka (SEC) Rules of 2001, which were in effect when the respective voluntary delisting processes were initiated, the CSE said in a statement.
