New book on SL civil war presented to President

The first copy of the book titled ‘THE CONFLICT THAT ELUDED PEACE’ authored by former Army Commander Retired General Shantha Kottegoda was presented to President Gotabaya Rajapaksa at the Presidential Secretariat today (24).
