TN actress to face ban after SL visit

Tamil Nadu actress Tamanna Bhatia who is rated among the top actresses of Tamil Cinema, is likely to face a ban in India due to her recent visit to Sri Lanka for a film shoot, Indian Media reports said.

Most of the organizations in Tamil Nadu including Tamil Film Industry are in strong protest

against the alleged atrocities on the Tamils in Sri Lanka. The industry has decided not to go to the Island for any film shoot. Also, it decided to impose ban on those who go there for film shoot.

As known, Tamanna has recently flown to Sri Lanka to shoot for Ram Charan starrer ‘Rachcha’.

Reports now say that several groups of the Tamil Film industry are now considering banning her from the industry. There is already a call on the film industry not sign her in any film from now and even they decided to remove her recent Tamil film 'Venghai' from the theatres. This will significantly affect her career in movies and commercials.

Earlier, Asin faced similar situation for shooting for Salman Khan starrer ‘Ready’ in Srilanka.
