Peliyagoda Urban Council UPFA member Chamila Sandaruwan had been shot dead by an unidentified gunman when he was travelling by a vehicle on Old Kandy Road at Dalugama in Kelaniya, a short while ago, the Police said.(Siri Mahabellana)
