Massive credit card fraud: Four arrested

Four suspects, who were engaged in a large scale fraud with the use of 437 forged credit cards, were arrested this evening, Police said.

They said the suspects had withdrawn money from ATMs in several parts of the country.

The arrests were made while they were at a rented house in Dehiwala. A credit card machine, two credit card rollers with credit card numbers and Rs.40, 000 were found in the hideout and confiscated.

They are residents of Nelliadi, Trincomalee and Wellawatta.
