36-hour water cut in Kandy

A 36-hour water cur will be imposed in several areas in Kandy from 9.00 pm today to 9.00 am on Tuesday morning, the National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) said.

The water supply is to be suspended due to the maintenance works at the Pollagolla water supply schemes.

Kandy, Akurana, Kundasale, Pathadumbara, Harispattuwa, Amunugama and Sirimalwatta will be affected by the water cut.
