PM instructs his staff to work from home

Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa has informed the staff at the Office of Prime Minister and all Ministries under his purview to switch to working from home in order to reduce usage of fuel.

The directive has been made in such a situation where Sri Lanka is facing its worst economic crisis, which has crippled the livelihood of the general public.

However, essential services will be operated as usual. (Sheain Fernandopulle)
