Noyahr case: Six army personnel released

The six Army personnel who were remanded in connection with the abduction and assault of senior journalist Keith Noyahr in 2008 were released on a surety bail of one million rupees each by Mount Lavinia Additional Magistrate Lochana Abeywickreme today.

The identification parade scheduled for today was cancelled in the absence of Mr. Noyahr. (Nirangi Abeywickrama)
