Legal battle on SLFP positions: Wijeyadasa’s application dismissed

Colombo, May 07 (Daily Mirror) - A revision application filed by Justice Minister Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe challenging the legality of the enjoining order issued by the Colombo District Court preventing him from functioning as the acting chairman of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) was today dismissed by the Court of Appeal.
