Ella-Wellawaya road sees heavy traffic due to rain

Colombo, April 16 (Daily Mirror) - Heavy traffic congestion has been reported along the Ella-Wellawaya road due to continuous rainfall, with vehicle queues stretching up to five kilometres, police said.

Motorists are advised to use alternate routes to avoid the traffic congestion.
