Parliament suspended over court vacancies debate

Colombo, June 23 (Daily Mirror) - Parliament proceedings were temporarily suspended following a protest staged by the Opposition over its request for a debate on delays in filling vacancies in the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.

The protest led to a disruption of the session, prompting the temporary suspension of proceedings.
