Colombo, June 23 (Daily Mirror) - The Committee on Public Finance (COPF) Chairman Harsha de Silva today questioned the discrimination of resident digital services providers.
Dr. De Silva told Parliament that the resident digital services providers are taxed for the entire transaction while non-resident service providers are taxed only by their commission.
"There should be neutrality when taxing non-resident and resident digital services providers," the MP said.
