The Telecommunication Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka (TRCSL) today requested its consumers to visit the office with a pre-reserved time.

Therefore, the TRCSL requested the people to contact them via hotline (1900) to reserve a time before coming to the office.

Based on the request, the relevant department would call the consumer back within two hours and provide the consumer with a time for an appointment or assist to sort out the query online if possible.

This procedure is requested to follow in order to ensure the utmost safety of the consumers as well as the TRCSL staff members.

The consumers would also be able to obtain department services via the email which was activated in March and the TRCSL team would continue to respond and assist on these channels.

The TRCSL also requested the consumers to make complaints through the following email addresses:

[email protected] (For making complaints),  [email protected] (For service requirements of Licensed, Registered Dealers),   [email protected] (Requests regarding clearance of personal imports) and [email protected] (For complaints, service requirements or clarifications). (Chaturanga Samarawickrama)
