He can no longer abuse his authority!

A top team member handling a Ministry much talked about these days is said to be in deep gloom.

The main reason for the despondency is his inability to exercise his authority any longer in regard to matters like calling for and awarding tenders and placing orders for things required for his Ministry, they say.

There was a time when this politico could do things in the way he wanted, and he had lost no time in taking advantage of this chance to fatten his purse.

However, the situation has now changed as all types of affairs he could once run for his own benefit are now being handled by other parties, they say.
