Automobile Association of Ceylon (AAC) observed the International Road Safety Week under the UN Decade of Action Grant programme this year from May 13th to 19th.
This year’s campaign was on speeding near school zones and this programme was conducted at Vidyadeepa Maha Vidyalaya, Maththegoda, Pannipitiya, displaying boards and educating traffic wardens by the Homagama Traffic Police headed by DIG Traffic Indika Hapugoda.
President AAC ,Member of the National Road Safety Council, Devapriya Hettiarachchi, Secretary and staff of Automobile Association of Ceylon participated in the campaign.
