WNL Sponsors Thanthirimale Aloka Pooja on Poson Poya

The Poson Aloka Pooja sponsored by Wijeya Newspapers Ltd. will get off the ground at the historic Thanthirimale Raja Maha Viharaya  today. The programme which is being held for the 22nd successive year will go on for three days. It will consist of an Aloka Pooja which will illuminate the temple, Bhakthi gee and presenting of uniforms to 500 school children. There will also be sermons by The Sanghanayaka of the North Central Province Venerable Kahatagasdigliya Chandrananda Thera and Venerable Karapikkada Sobitha Thera.
