‘Uthurin Negam’ Jaffna Hindu College, Ananda College Annual Sports Festival tomorrow

‘Uthurin Negam’ the Annual Sports Festival between Jaffna Hindu College and  Ananda College, Colombo will take place tomorrow, April 4th and 5th at the Ananda College premises.

The Sports Development Sub Committee of Ananda College Old Boys’ Association will organise and host this year’s ‘Uthurin Negam’ festival, whereas the 2024 festival themed ‘Uthurata Negam’ was hosted by the Jaffna Hindu College.   

Several hundred students from both schools will take part in a range of games at the sporting festival, which had been designed to foster reconciliation between  schoolchildren in the North and South.
