‘Pilleyan’ arrested

Former State Minister Sivanesathurai Chandrakanthan, alias ‘Pilleyan’, was arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) a short while ago, police said. The reason for the arrest not revealed until this edition went to print.
