Staten Bar & Grill at Cinnamon Life

The 4th edition of The Guest List took place in pure style at Cinnamon Life — this time at the bold and beautifully curated Staten Bar & Grill. 

Nestled in the heart of the city, Staten brought the soul of an American steakhouse to Colombo — with its open parrilla grill, dramatic interiors, and a menu that’s nothing short of a sensory journey.

Our evening unfolded with refined elegance and irresistible flavours — starting with a decadent Beef Tartare, leading into the star of the night, the 900g Grain-Fed Australian Porterhouse, grilled to absolute perfection. We ended on a high with the indulgent Basque Cheesecake, served with mascarpone whipped cream — because no celebration is ever complete without dessert.

Signature cocktails were poured, laughter was shared, and new memories were made around the table — all while the theatre of live grilling played out in the background. This was more than just dinner; it was an experience, a mood, and a moment of elevated indulgence with some of Colombo’s finest.
