The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) announced the online registration facility for any company or industry that can pay in US dollars to open a consumer account at CPC to obtain a weekly guaranteed fuel quota.
The CPC requested the individual or organization to visit the USD consumer online registration on the CPC official website to complete their registration.
The website has mentioned the list of basic infrastructure requirements for consumer points. (Chaturanga Samarawickrama)

Sadly as per cope/pucl report can buy petrol or diesel for nelow 250/- ...why pay extra to.buy fuel.....

Do expect a company to have millions of dollars to order shipments of fuel. Yes of course the Rajapaksha's may have but no one else.

allow imports of fuel to those who have dollars. they can buy at very good rates than selling by CPC

This is discrimination as mp said. I opened the link provided and read the conditions. It will take time for any applicant to put up the infrastructure as required and pay for 6600litres. CPC is bullshitting the people.
