LPBOA appeals to youth, politicians, clergy, govt. servants to engage in betterment service

Tell your bus drivers and conductors to be fair and just when taking the bus fares and to issue a ticket for every single journey. Tell them to stop playing loud rowdy music in the bus forcing people to listen when they are either going for work or returning after a hard day's work, at times with a headache!! You mind your corrupted bus system before you start saying anything else!!

Very tall order Gemunu Wijeratne! Do you sincerely believe the groups you named will listen to you? They have very high expectations from the people for whom they stepped forward.

Who is this man to tell others what they should and should not do? It's high time he lectures to the bus drivers and conductors under his authority. The private bus service is horrendous, to say the least. Why is DM giving so much attention these days to what this man says? There are Presidential meetings and discussions these days, and those don't get reported. So why is this Gemunu Wijerathne so much in the news now?

For a start, the LPBOA can get their members to issue tickets to passengers and give the proper change when collecting fares.

After giving buses for the May 9 thugs and having most of those buses burned you turn a new leaf. Admirable you see that going with those who want change is better than provide bus for those MP in power.
